Dear Fathers and Sons

We call upon you for the support for the final fundraiser of 2019! We are excited to present to you our annual WBJS Camp Out, which will take place on Saturday, 23 November 2019.

There will be fun activities that will include:

  • “Father & Son Potjie” Competition (enter your team – “Captain” of the team to only submit entry with number of entrants).
  • Braai stands will be available for entrants in a designated area). Prize for the winning team.
  • Free play on the Astro Fields.

Food & Drinks:

The tuck-shop will be open to purchase treats and cold drinks. A coffee cart will be available to purchase a hot drink or yummy donuts/pastries.

Saturday Night:

Everyone is to bring along their own dinner. Braai fires will be available for those who wish to braai (bring along your own braai food and goodies). Potjie judging will commence at 18h00.

Sunday Morning:

Check out will be at 10h30, please ensure that all litter is picked up and thrown into the bins.

Camp Rules:

    • Father/Guardian (male) & WBJS boys only.
    • Each family will be given a dedicated site – first come first serve basis.
    • No vehicles will be allowed to remain on the field (drop and go preferred or park in allocated area).
    • No swimming will be allowed – for safety reasons.
    • Be mindful of other campers and the school neighbours.
    • Keep the fields tidy.
    • Own camping tents, gear and all you will need for the night.
    • No fires will be allowed at the tents (only in designated area).
    • Gates Open on Saturday at 12h00.
    • Tickets are to be bought via the KARRI App by no later than Monday, 18 November 2019.

Father & 1 Son – R180-00

Father & 2 Sons – R210-00

Father & 3 Sons – R240-00

Father & Son Potjie – R50

Coffee – R25 (pre-order breakfast only)

Hot Chocolate – R28 (pre-order breakfast only)

Doughnut – R10 (pre-order breakfast only)
